What is in the bowl
Pho Dee-Licious, our signature bowl, comes with eye round steak, brisket, beef meatballs, tripe and tendon. Pho Tai is rare eye round steak, Pho Chin is slow cooked brisket, and Pho Bo Vien is beef meatballs. Pho Ga uses a homemade chicken broth with white and dark meat, and Pho Seafood brings shrimp, scallops, squid and crab.
Every bowl comes with regular or wide rice noodles. Add extra broth, noodles, meat or oxtail from the extras list.
